MPCNC nut trap, fully traps nuts

Replacement nut traps for Burly and Primo. (Sizes "C", "F", and "J" all use the same nut traps so far.) Burly size accommodates #6-32 nuts or M4 nuts, while Primo accommodates M5 nuts.

This nut trap has an extra small plate that can be separated with wire cutters and then slid into a little receptacle so the nut is fully captive. A bit of tape can then secure the plate so it can't fall out.

The unmodified nut traps are intended to be used with glue to secure the nut in place. This works fine as far as I know but I don't trust myself to not glue the threads, or to not glue it in crooked.

Recommend printing with 0.4 mm nozzle because some thin walls have thickness that is a multiple of 0.4 mm.
