MPCNC XYZ Cam

This was created to remove some of the slack and stiffen up the XYZ Cam component if using 3/4" EMT. Stiffer and easier to tighten the nuts and bolts. Also the M8 x 130 mm bolt is too short for this change. M8 x 160 mm or a 5/16 x 7" minimum.
