MPMD Cura Machine setup (with backgound image)

I have removed all the old meshes from 2019 as I found, that with the newer versions of Cura (4.8 etc), the image was no longer displaying. I have created a new mesh that works with Cura 4.8
If you find problems with this let me know.

Update: I have a couple of optional meshes that can be used, so I have renamed the meshes here to indicate what they are. You will have to rename the one you want, to MPMD_platform.obj in order for the def.json file to recognize the proper one.
The 110mm covers most of the bed. I will upload a slightly smaller one to see if it provides a better fit for the heatmap.

To create your image for the heatmap on the 110 version and to make the fit more accurate you will need to crop the image at each edge of the map and then add a 16mm border. Erase it and the corners so they will be transparent in the png file.
For the smaller diameters I would crop to the edges of the heatmap. If the bed is covering most of your image, it may be beca
