MPSM Side Panel with Ethernet Connection

This is a side panel remix to add an internal Raspberry Pi wire, LAN port, and DHT11 temp sensor to the Monoprice Select Mini.

I have Octoprint running on a [Raspberry Pi 3B+](https://amzn.to/2WRlEZi), sitting inside the base of the printer (I also moved the board to accommodate the usb plug from the pi. However the wifi connection was a bit spotty, possibly due to the metal casing. So I made a [CAT6 wall jack connection](https://amzn.to/2WQ9gIS) to the inside, and plugged [the male end connector](https://amzn.to/2UBkOlJ) into the Pi.

The [DHT11 sensor](https://amzn.to/2I3Urza) is just a convenient check on the ambient temp and humidity. You can find my [python script for publishing the DHT11 data on github](https://github.com/sfgabe/custom_scripts/blob/master/dht11_pigpio.py).
