MTB Bashguard - ISCG 05 Isogrid pattern 32t

This is a bashguard that is compatible with the ISCG 05 Standard. It should fit bikes with this mount however I've only tested it on my Kona Process 134 (2020). It features an Isogrid design for stiffness and a max thickness of 10mm. Use low profile M6 fasteners. I used ISO 7380 m6x12. Print in the toughest material you have and as many perimeters as you can. I printed mine in PETG, use a material that is stiff and impact resistant. It is made for 32t chainrings (or 135mm diameter). The total round diameter is 150.5mm.
