Light mount, goes in the underside of your steering head's pipe, probably want to customize the screw and pipe diameter. It is made for an cheap €1 bike light (from Action in NL), and an ST520 MTB. The middle part takes an m3 screw and nut (heat nut up and melt it in). Oh; and if you mind, the light is still a little off center, might want to fix that too :P
