#MTE's universal LED-mounting
##This is a printable mounting system for lighting up your 3D-printer

The mounting pole will be attached to the 6mm slot on the aluminium profile of your 3d-printer. Just put it into the slot and carefully twist it. Its placement is adjustable to your liking, only the hight is fixed.

***Things you will need:***

- 10cm LED-strip
- some cables
- soldering iron
- power supply specs / 12v dc supply

Installing a LED-strip is pretty easy. Solder it to the cables of your desired length and wire it to your power supply of choice. If you want, you can route the wires through the integrated cable channel.

*tip: you can wire two 12v LED-strips in series, so together they will draw 24 volts. That way you can directly hook them up to your 24v power supply*
