MTG Counter Dials & Ability Tiles Box

This was heavily inspired by @ChappIO's great MTG Winged Counters & Box design. It is made up of 3 separate parts: a main box to hold the dials, a main lid (with a secondary box to hold the tiles), and a secondary lid for the ability tiles.
