MTG Tokens/Counter

I'm sure someone else has already made some of these, but I didn't bother looking. If you have any other tokens you want, let me know and I'll add them.

9/1/18 - Added the following versions of the tokens:
- +1/+1 token is in the shape of an "Up Arrow" & is stackable
- +1/+0 token is in the shape of an "Up Arrow" & is stackable
- -1/-1 token is in the shape of a "Down Arrow" & is stackable
- Infect token is in the shape of a Diamond & is stackable
7/16/24 - Per request, added new tokens:
- 0/+1 in stackable up arrow
