MTW Create & Create II Spool Holder

I finally got around to remixing geartechbrandon's Spool Holder Stand (which I originally discovered through the last spool holder Type A Machines released for their Series 1 3D printer, and Brandon Toomey updated and still hosts on solidstateprinters.com), so that it can be mounted to an MTW Create 3D printer. According to the guys at MTW, this should work on both the current MTW Create, as well as the MTW Create II (2) (sorry, but this is not for the Create Express). I would guess that you could even put two of these on your Create and use it w/dual extruders / IDEX (untested). There are currently a few different versions of the main spool holder, but I would recommend V1.8 for now. The main difference between the V1.8 and V1.85 is that V1.85 is completely solid, while V1.8 has a few cutouts so that less material is required and makes it look/feel less bulky.
