Muck Tracks

Are you shoe soles worn out? Or were they never very good to begin with? These nubby TPU glue-on soles provide lots of gription on loose or mucky trails. The photo shows these after I've worn them for several months walking every day on mixed terrain. To attach, I just cleaned the soles of my shoes well and then glued them on with cyanoacrylate glue.. I printed these in TPU-95A HF, and they have worn incredibly well. A softer TPU would grip a little better on smooth hard surfaces, but might not be quite as durable. Note that before they have gotten scuffed up, they aren't very grippy on smooth, hard surfaces. I would recommend scuffing them with coarse sandpaper, or walking a couple of miles on concrete or asphalt before doing a lot of walking on smooth surfaces. ScalingI sized these for US Men's size 10 shoes. The toes are 134mm tall x 104mm wide and the heels are 96mm tall x 87mm wide. You can scale these in your slicer in X and Y to fit your particular shoes.
