I have suspension forks on my bike which does not have eyelets for full length mudguards. Clip-ons and half size mountain bike mudguards just were not going to cut it as this is for my commuter bike.
The diameter of the forks is 38mm so the curve of the mount follows this. Most forks are probably fairly similar.
There are 2 different designs with the curve depending where you need this bracket to sit with the nut trap on each side of the designs, just pick the one you want.This bracket is designed to be mounted with two cable ties and foam backed double sided tape (3m VHB will do). Nut traps are tight, heat gently or just scale up the print 1-2%.
Hardware - screws and washer should all be about m3/m4 or imperial equivalents. Locknuts and spring washers are a given where this is going to take a little abuse. Just make sure you have spare cable ties i
