Extract the Seed Carefully – Gently scoop the avocado seed out rather than cutting into it with a knife, to avoid damage.Clean Thoroughly – Wash the seed well to remove all traces of avocado flesh, preventing mold during the sprouting process.Create a Humid Environment – Wrap the seed in a damp paper towel and place it inside a ziplock bag.Monitor Regularly – Check on your seed weekly to ensure it remains moist and mold-free. If mold develops, rinse the seed thoroughly, replace the paper towel, and use a fresh ziplock bag
