Multi-colour counter with auto-rollover

This is rework of [Counter with Auto-rollover](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1290507). All wheels are printed in one piece and numbers are created as pockets instead of pads. This makes it easy to be printed flat and in dual colour. Both used libraries [Parametric Geneva Mechanism](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:27974) and [Public Domain Involute Parameterized Gears](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5505) are used as external files with so less modifications as possible. The enclosure is created from the scratch and it is round for good feeling in the fingers. Your logo can be placed to top and bottom side of it. The counter could be printed in single colour too.
