Here are two versions of a 4 way multi-patient ventilator adapter for connecting 4 intubated patients to a single ventilator. I thought that it would be fun to design/test such a device as the COVID-19 crisis has brought about interest in using them; however, even in an emergency it would probably be better to use already FDA approved t-tubes instead, making this solely an educational device. Splitter A was easier to print out as I had difficulty getting Splitter B to print with nicely rounded connectors. The only problem I anticipate with Splitter A would be if you needed to use 4 large round HME/HEPA filters.
