I've seen a lot of similar designs, but nothing I liked.
So I decided to design my own.
I did a lot of variations of standard designs and a lot of lot of tests.
The result is here!
It's small and works like a charm!
I've made a lot of prints with it and I had no issues.

Infill: 100
**BOM**
Screws: 4 x M3*8
Nuts: 4 x M3
PTFE Tube: 4x2
Pneumatic Connector: PC4-01 M10
