Multiple Magnet Yeti MagSlider

This upgraded Magslider insert was custom designed in Fusion 360 to deliver a more satisfying, authentic snap than most 3D-printed replacements. While standard models typically rely on a single 8×3 mm magnet, this version features a triple-magnet configuration — two 8×3 mm magnets and one 6×3 mm magnet — carefully positioned for maximum magnetic alignment and a smooth return. Magnets are a tight, precision fit and can be placed using the pause-at-layer 42 function built into the print. The design also includes vent holes to prevent trapped air and ensure clean placement. To make sure the magnetic polarity matches your Yeti lid, let the magnets snap naturally to the lid in the correct orientation, then mark which side is up and down before inserting them into the print. This simple step ensures the slider moves and snaps exactly as intended. Every curve and contour was tuned to replicate the feel and function of the original Yeti Magslider — achieving what’s about as close to perfect as
