I set out to make a “Wedgie” sled for segmented turning but realized I already had made this sled based on the plans that came with the Microjig Zeroplay 360 Sled Kit. instead of cutting, gluing, and routing slots in some janky scrap plywood, I decided to make the fences using my 3d printer. The fences can be oriented in any position, any angle, and can work with a variety of mounting options. The fence measures 11" long, 1" wide, and .8" tall. The center slot is slightly oversized to accomodate ¼-20 hardware if you choose to print your own dovetail slot hardware. (Microjig hardware is 10/32")The fence is slightly too large for an Ender 3 Pro size bed, but will fit at 98% scale on the diagonal.
