Munchkin Card Stack with trash

I took the Munchkin Card Deck Holder (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4463418) as base and edited a bit. You still have the two heights of 72mm or 110mm for the card holders. I adjusted the height for the treasure card stack as we combined Munchkin 1/2/3/4 and the original height was a bit too low. I also added a base with 90° rotated card slot for trashed cards. The trash has a height of 45mm as there are not that much cards coming back from the game in comparison to the cards in the fresh stack.

The card stack and the trash are two seperate parts and can be stacked together; no need to glue. The trash base is not symmetrical, so that you can use two of them side by side (one for treasure and one for door cards). Just print one the right way and the other mirrored.

**Update:** Added a double trash version as we figured out, this could be helpful as well. Just print it with no need of printing the second one mirrored.
