Mute for 5 String Violin

**Why**
I needed a mute for a 5-string Violin (a standard 4 mute won't fit).
It uses the standard design as in commercial mutes, this should fit a 4/4 5-string bridge of about 48mm width.

**Notes**
Printed it at 100% infill to add some mass.
