MW 2.2 Fill Problem

MakerWare 2.2.0.46 was both a big advance and in some situations a disappointment.

The gallery image shows the fill generated by the new "medium" setting (.2mm) with 100% infill, 2 shells. In this case, each layer of fill between the cut-outs in the beam follow the same exact pattern and do not fully fill the area. In the end, holes clear through solid portions of the beam can be seen.

Using the new "High" profile in MW 2.2.0.46 seems to result in similar failures in this critical area of the print.
