This is my take on the "TeaBot automatic Tea Maker / Tea Timer" by SnakeP. I used his scissor arms design but had to design the servo attachment as none I had was close to what was needed. I'm not much of a button pusher so the dial on the left sets the time (number of lit LEDs; 1 to 5 min.) and it's set and forget. It simply reads the voltage via a voltage divider on an analog pin so it does not change when the unit is powered down. The green button on the right starts the sequence and will also cancel the steep if it is pressed again prior to completion of the steeping time. Steep sequence is three quick dips to start then up/down every min till the time is up when it raises up. Mine does not use a li-Ion battery but uses a 5v wall wart to power the Arduino nano and servo. I used some left over 1 inch Baltic plywood for the base and drilled 7/8 inch holes for the pot and switch. The LED holders were drilled with 3/8 inch bit. I did use a router to add the grooves in the bottom for r
