My Mighty Cipher Ring

Just because someone asked me about some ideas about encryption devices for his daughter..
.. so I thought it would be funny to try to build my own device.

You can set the distance between natural and encrypted letter with the upper and lower ring part and then just turn the letter wheel to encrypt/decrypt..
