My Perfect Vacuum Disc

When I need something, can I make it before I look to buy it? That is my motto. I wanted a way to use my vacuum bags and not damage them. As well, I want them to last as long as possible. Of course I looked and saw many discs on MakerWorld but I wanted to make something that I envisioned. Yes, it is simply a disc with holes, but I wanted it to work the best it can. I have vent holes on the top, bottom and sides. I made the side holes all connect to the center and top/bottom holes so I connected them with fanned out tubes that are spiraled for strength. All corners and edges are beveled so the disc will not damage the vacuum bag. I acquired the measurements from approximately 10 vacuum pumps and came up with a diameter of 48mm to fit them all. If someone needed a larger diameter they can simply increase the X and Y coordinates to achieve their desired diameter. This disc has been working out great for me. Hopefully this disc fits your needs as well. It works perfectly with my disc riser
