MyRCCar MTC body posts

This builds further on the ["Light weight roll cage for MyRCCar MTC" by BotYoyo](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3118459)

Was annoyed by the body/links always falling off so went for the typical body post solution.

Print these in a semi-flexible material to allow some flexing. See below for what I used / how I configured the print.

* Print both parts, attach them to the cage
* Put your body on the car and mark the holes
* Make sure that they are well centered by measuring the distances
* Drill the needed holes in your body (7-8mm drill) or use a body reamer
* Attach using 1/8 scale body clips.
