NA/NB Miata shifter boot ring. Four options.
-OEM style (original boot size)
-High dish (boot pushed up higher by 4mm)
-Deep dish (boot pushed back deeper by 4mm)
-Long rise (OEM but longer by 8mm, used with knob that has very high threads like Tomei knobs)
