This is a custom name dice where each side has its own separate sketch in Fusion, so any text can be changed per face. The overall structure of the cube is designed in a way that should help reduce shrinkage and warping, at least in theory. The original idea was to use it as a huge stress test for an H2D printer and print it at 32 cm, but since the printer sits in the same room I sleep in, running something that big overnight was not realistic. So it got scaled down. A 15 cm version in PLA snapped pretty quickly.A 10 cm version printed in TPU 90A with PETG-HF text works much better and rolls nicely, but there’s still plenty of room to improve both print quality and how balanced it feels. My suggestion is to print it standing on one corner. That way you don’t really need infill, you can use thicker walls, and the text can be embedded deeper, which should also make it stronger and cleaner looking.
