Name plaque for trophy

I just created a plaque to put the person's name and the reason for the trophy.I also created a jig to correctly position the plaque at the center of the base block and to center the trophy in the base.The jig is made to position the twisted trophy and plaque on the base block base correctly. If requested I can create plaques and jigs for the other trophies/bases.I include the base plaque, you have to edit it to include the text you want to appear.
