Nano Goblin VTOL conversion V1

This is still very much a work in progress, parts may yet change after the first proper flight.

I decided to convert my Nano Goblin into a VTOL for a few reasons: to get acquainted with Ardupilot, to learn F360 better, and to learn the basics of 3D printing.

Printing notes:
The parts were printed at 30% infill but there are so many thin areas they're almost solid. I used supports for most of the pieces, except I'd remove the supports from any area that the spars ran through. Ex: for the front motor mount you'd have supports under the curved bits but removed from the square spar channels. This is done in the slicer, Cura 3.6 in this case. Otherwise, printed with stock PLA settings (200/60).

The square spars are mostly 3mm, with a 6mm running horizontally through the body/wings. The round spar at the rear is also 3mm. Two flat 4x1mm spars were added to the top and bottom of the plane, before the rear motor (part called "spar to spar bracket").
