Nano2 Spot Welder Case

This is the complete case for the Nano2 released through Kickstarter. These files are a work in progress and will be modified as we improve the design.

Files are designed to be printed with no supports. If you have trouble, print slower with active cooling enabled.

Assembly requires five #2-3/8" sheet metal (course thread) screws which thread directly into the plastic, and two M2.5 screws for the rear XT60.

To assemble the case, place the assembled Nano core board and timer in one half of the body, place the button insert then the other half of the body. Secure with 2 screws, being careful not to strip the plastic posts.

To assemble the cap box, insert the assembled capacitor assembly into the box, making sure you have soldered the XT60 and voltage display, connected the fan wires, and installed the balance board (if applicable). Next, slide the fan into the case with the input facing into the box and the output facing forward. Be careful not to unplug the wires. If the
