This is my version of a case for the NanoPI m4. At first I aimed to create a case for the passive cooling only. Then I found out it heats up to ~ 80°C when being under extreme load, so I added a bottom part to host an active fan which cools it down to ~ 56°C for 100% 6 Core load. That's fair enough, I guess.
If you want a real quiet fan, I'll suggest using a Noctua 40 (https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B00NEMGCIA/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1).
