This is a remix of the Nautilus Gears by David_L_G that I created to allow easier printing with PETG.
The original design has a very thin perimeter profile that the teeth connect to which was causing issues with my printer as each individual tooth has a triangle that would print first before printing the outside edge of the gear and the PETG just would not lay down with the tiny triangles. I increased the perimeter thickness so that the inner and outer lines would print first and then the center would fill in afterward. I also remixed the tie bars to be open and thinner to allow more visibility to the gears and bearings.
I also corrected the center of the gears to be 22mm as that is the size of my 608 bearings. The original design has 3 different options and even the tightest was too big for the bearings.
Printing in PETG helps the gears feel less harsh to the fingers than PLA or ABS and they are nearly silent when they spin. I removed the chamber lines to keep the weight of t
