SummaryI designed a column-style support for my NCASE M1 computer case that raises the height by 50mm. The design features a base and top that measure 45x45mm, with the top having a depth of 4mm. The interior of the support is hollow, with a wall thickness of 3mm. The supports are designed to be printed without supports, but it was a bit challenging to get the right print settings with PETG.I tested the supports individually, and each held roughly 50 lbs without failure. This makes them suitable for supporting a variety of loads.I am planning to make these stackable in the future, but I am currently looking for more use cases. If you have any ideas or suggestions, please feel free to leave a comment on this post.Print SettingsPrinter Brand: Creality Printer: Ender 3 Pro Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1mm Infill: 80%Filament:Hatchbox PETG Black Notes: Not as clean as I want, but I do not want to reprint them, as they are structurally fine.
