This is probably a custom make with parts i had around - primarily to have a small shaking of the neb cup to get rid of the meds that tends to irritatingly stick around on the top..

This uses a combination of soldering, a bit of filing, holder for a 2 AA cell batteries, 2 button sized vibrating motors of 3v: https://hacktronics.co.in/mini-dc-motors/button-size-vibration-motor and small switch at the bottom. I dont even seem to know which links I can find for those.. but anyways, for folks who like the idea..
