Normal multi meter tips are typically too large to access ICs, LEDs or SMD part on a circuit board.
So I end up bending a paper clip around my multi meter tips. You can buy needle tips, but they are normally rather large and clumsy. Because they are rated for high currents and voltages.
A paper clip works perfectly. But they are really easy to lose. Or you'll accidentally destroy them by bending the tip. So you'll endup making them over and over again. In order to avoid this "Thing" introduces a very simplistic housing for "paper clip tipped multimeter probe"
__Don't expect the tips to support high currents or voltages. Paper clips have tiny diameters! So they won't be able to carry high currents. Further more PLA is not a safe insulator, it is flammable and has a low melting point. So use them only with small voltages and small currents.__
