I needed to support the cables coming from the X-axis motor and end-stop on my Prusa clone, and tried using Eldrid's design (see 'remixed from' on the left).

Unfortunately I needed the cables to come from the side rather than the top, which meant that the fixing screw was in a very awkward location and likely to foul other parts of the printer. I also needed the support to be quite strong as the cable and its mount stick out from the side of the printer and are vulnerable to knocks.

So I took Eldrid's design and redesigned it using OpenSCAD. This means that if anyone else needs to change the design then the code is available for the brave.

Note: I made this part using black PLA - not the most helpful material for clarity in photographs!
