Neopixel ringlight with cold shoe mount

This is a bit of a tweak to the Adafruit Neopixel ringlight project that can be found at https://learn.adafruit.com/3d-printed-camera-led-ring/overview
I liked the idea but I wanted to change the way the light mounted on the camera. I wanted to move the control box away from the lens and switch to a end-of-lens mount for the light. I wanted to add a way to switch colors, as using neopixels only for white light seemed like a waste. I also wanted to build-in the battery charger so that charging was easier.
So, I redesigned the housing and added a color select button and a USB li-po charger. All of the parts are friction fit, with the controls in stacked boxes within an enclosure with a cold shoe mount.
