Near-Earth Object Surveillance Satellite (NEOSSat) is a Canadian microsatellite launched in 2013. NEOSSat tracks space debris around the Earth using a 15 cm aperture telescope. Fun fact: the torque rods failed in 2016, so the reaction wheels had no where to dump their momentum, this was mitigated by using the internal dipole of the satellite to dump the momentum using Earth's magnetic field.
