Nerf Brass Barrel Cover

This is a simple, low-profile barrel cover for 17/32 brass. It protects the brass from dents and people from scratches. It is meant to push on and fit tightly so there should be no need for glue. You can put it on the brass all the way or just enough so that the you can still see through the holes.

I strongly recommend printing this piece fully in orange or at least the front 10mm if you have dual-colour printing capabilities.

------Printing & Post Processing------
This piece needs to be printed in a vertical orientation pointing downwards so that it tapers towards the top. Do not print with rafts or brim as the barrel will have a hard time fitting. If the barrel is too tight or too loose, it is fine to scale this part in your slicer. Or, if you don't want to reprint it, you can file it or use a drill bit to widen it and use some T
