Nerf Gun Spring Spacer for Alpha Rogue

This spring spacer will work for the alpha rogue nerf gun that is currently being sold in Walmart here in Canada for around $12 so is probably cheaper in the states. This spacer fits in fairly easily with no mods or shaving needed. The most difficult thing for me for installing this was removing the stock cap on the blaster which is glued in place. After you remove all the screws and remove the back cap, just pop in the spacer using the picture above for reference and you should be good to go.

I don't have a chronograph but I can tell the pull is harder than before and seems to fling the darts well. I also removed the restrictors and dart safety in the barrel so that I could use half darts. You will have to push the half darts down the barrel a little to get a good seal.

This design is not very critical for dimensions so I lowered the quality on the print and increased the layer height to get best layer adhesion and fastest print time.
