Nerf SledgeFire Shell Deep Seal Version

This shell makes your Nerf SledgeFire shoot at least 1 feet further than the original set on Adventure force waffle darts. It also shoots great with old crushed darts.

Printing this require a calibrated printer, horizontal expansion and extrude stepper motor calibration. No need for supports, designed to print in .2mm layer height.

Specs:
-2mm Deep seal(darts shifted 2mm back)
-12mm diameter barrel
-20mm long optimized inner barrel
-1.5mm approx. wall thickness
-1mm rear seal 1.5mm width

I shifted the darts 2mm back to fully open the the air restrictor and kept the diagonal dart stopper as it keeps the ar post straight and prevent them from going into the dart hole on old darts. Also its annoying when you shove in a shell and accidentally push out the darts. It has a 12mm dia squish and 20mm tight b
