Nerf slingfire barrel mount

Nerf Slingfire barrel compatible with thelittlestpropshop's Slingfire barrel.
The whole project doesn't work, but the barrel should, so I combined that barrel and the base of the Bipedal_Narwal's Slingfire barrel to hopefully make a functioning, free to download, good-looking barrel for the legendary Nerf Slingfire
