This is a remix from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:398515
You can print this in TPU and it will actually work. It took some tweaking to get the dimensions right so the darts stay in the blaster and not fall out when kept upright. Original dart has nominal 16.0 mm diameter for the foam part, but the tip is slightly wider and keeps it in place. I opted to make the entire dart bigger (16.5 mm).
Original darts are much better, but it works. Velocity is much lower due to the weight (4g vs 1.6 g for original ones), therefor accuracy is bad. More of a "because I can" then "because it works". It needs some weird printing settings to work.
IMPORTANT PRINTING PARAMETERS:
-Make from TPU or flexible filament (standard TPU stuff applies, no retractions, go slow, etc, etc.)
-Print one at a time to avoid stringing
-No infill otherwise it gets too heavy
-Wall thickness 0.4 mm (nozzle size)
-Bottom wall thickness 3.2 mm (to move center of gravity)
-Top wall thickness 0.4 mm
