This is a grip designed for for comfortable use of the NES controller. The grip is based off a "decoy" PS4 controller that I found on Thingiverse. (Credit to Vince_Prints) https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3882003
To create this model, I enlarged the scan, added a hole for the NES controller and cable, and I added Meshmixer supports, so the whole thing prints in one piece! If you find the NES controller uncomfortable to use during long play sessions, then this this a fantastic solution.
I was inspired to make this model after seeing streamer somewes using a prototype of a similar grip on his streams. That model is now finished and can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4411549
