Added an hole to the base so a 5mm LED can be fitted into the controllers wire cavity.
Added a slot for TV output. It fits a TRRS module so that the device can be used with CRT TV's

I have attached nes-custom.blend without boolean modifiers applied in case hole placement needs adjusted for any other builds.
