Network Rack Mini Switch Mount 1U - 19 inch

This was created to mount my mini format switches to my rack. These units are usually desktop network equipment, and don't come with the required hardware for mounting in a traditional rack. Both of my switches; the TRENDnet TEG-S17D, and the Intellinet IPS-08G-85W fit in the same frame in this set of files. The additional PSU frame is for the TRENDnet PoE++ Injector TPE-119GI. The POE switch and PSU can be assembled side by side in the same 1U of space. Any "desktop" style switch that measures 28mm x 240mm will fit in this frame.

The project uses 1/4-20 threaded inserts and 1/4-20 x 3/8" screws to make it all go together. There are three holes in the frames; two are used to bind the wings and the frames together, and the third hole are used to "lock-in" the switch into the frame with a sort of set screw mentality. Any 1/4-20 screw longer then 1/2" will be enough to work for this.
