I built a Neustruder for my Ender 3. The printer architecture made some elements of the install a bit awkward. This re-mix of the upper block addresses one of those.
The left side upright makes it difficult to get an wrench (or hex drive screwdriver) on screws that are on the front face. It is much easier to do that from the back. This remix puts reliefs to hold nuts on the face of the upper block, allowing the block to be tightened from the back. The ability to see how much the screw extends from the nut also helps with even tightening.
Print this the same was the original was printed, no special instructions are needed.
As a side note, the Z axis screw interferes with use of a large fitting on the input side. As I wanted one on the output side, I added a bit of 4mm OD 2mm ID stainless tubing on the input side as a guide for the filament to avoid the potential for erosion by the moving filament on the extruder body (something I found out about the hard way). A short
