This started out as thing:867049 as a 2 card holder and I've 'extended it' for my own needs.

I tend to print this with PLA, .1mm layers, 1.2mm sidewalls, 1.2mm top/bottom, infill 20% use pretty much any infill style. I try to orient this on the bed diagonally and use line support everywhere (needed to support the upper edge.
