NexGen CleanAir Desktop Edition

NexGen CleanAir Desktop Edition I created this to help keep my office air toxin free as I run several printers in there with me and I think there would be a few others that also do this. I already run my CleanAir filters inside the printers and they do take care of most VOC's but I can sometimes still smell ABS/ASA so I thought I would make a quiet constant filter system to clean things up a little more. This is a simple device that you can leave running and every few months replace the Activated carbon pellets. My Initial readings in my office were not terrible, but it could be better, after 48hrs of having 2 of these running, with 2 printers pushing out ABS the entire time, they managed to scrub the air to what I can say, is very acceptable, pictures attaced. Parts required for this project: 25mm x 120mm Fan, recommend due to low cost and noise is the Artic P12, but you can use a Noctua or any other fan that is designed for high static pressure. 4 x M3 x 50mm Bolts, these dont need t
