🔩 Vite (Big Screw) – Nexogum Series #1 Welcome to the Nexogum project! This is my very own personal line of collectible figures, strongly inspired by the legendary 80s Exogini (M.U.S.C.L.E.) toys, which I wanted to reimagine with a modern, biomechanical twist. The first model of this collection is Vite (also known as Big Screw). My goal is to recreate that awesome "gummy" feel of our childhood toys, but with a massive, futuristic design optimized for today's 3D printing technology. To bring my vision to life, I teamed up with AI for the initial concept design stage, and then manually refined and cleaned up the model. I intentionally removed any tiny or overly thin details (like fragile horns, spikes, or sideburns). When printing with TPU, these parts tend to fuse with the supports and break during removal, so I preferred to focus on clean, solid, and high-impact volumes. ⚠️ TRANSPARENCY NOTE (I'm still learning!) I want to be 100% honest with the MakerWorld community: these are my very first steps with TPU. It's an amazing material, but I don't have a lot of experience mastering it yet, especially when it comes to retraction settings and support management. Because of this learning curve, the print quality of this first model might not be flawless. I am running tons of tests to improve, but your help is essential: if you download and print this, and you find a better setting or slice a dialed-in print profile (.3mf), please share it in the comments! Any feedback will help me improve the upcoming characters in the collection. 🛠️ Printing Tips Filament: TPU (Shore 95A is highly recommended to get that perfect compromise between the classic flexible "Exogini" feel and printability). Layer Height: 0.16mm or 0.20mm to bring out the texture of the muscles and metallic details. Supports: If needed, I suggest using slim Tree supports, slightly increasing the Z-distance to prevent them from fusing with the model. 🚀 The Nexogum Project Nexogum is a personal tribute—a bridge b
